Shipping

  • We make reasonable effort to deliver the goods according to the delivery address you provided when ordering the goods and within the time frame after you placed the order (and confirmed). Regular delivery time 7 working days.
  • We will notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated date of delivery, and as stated in the terms and conditions, we are not liable for any loss, debt, damages, costs or expenses arising from late delivery.
  • Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form. Please ensure the goods are free from damage or defect before signing the delivery form. Please retain a copy of the delivery form.
  • We may not able to deliver products to certain areas. In such cases, we will notify you for an alternative delivery address during the ordering stage.
  • We will deliver the product according to the packaging standard. Obermain nonwoven dustbag and plastic wrap. If you require special packaging, please inform us and additional cost may be incurred.
  • Please be cautious when opening the packaging to avoid damaging the product, especially when using sharp objects.

Returns and credit point policy

  1. You may return the products that you have ordered and received with no additional cost or service fee subjected to the following conditions :
    1. Face Mask, Underwear, and Shoe Care CANNOT BE EXCHANGE
    2. The product you receive is different from the order based on the product article, colour and size.
    3. The returned product has not been worn and washed. The product should be intact and in the same exact condition as when received (complete with price tags, packaging, and proof of payment).
    4. The product you receive is defective or damaged.
    5. The product can be returned within a maximum of 7 working days from date of delivery.
  2. Return process :
    1. Filled “Return Form” to cs@obermain.co.id within 7 days after the product is received.
    2. Our customer service will contact you via email to confirm.
    3. “Return Form” must be attached when returning the product(s) to us, if the form is not included, then the process of returning the product could be delayed.
    4. We will arrange the time to resend the exchanged product. The delivery address for the exchanged product must be the same as the address during your initial order.
    5. When the returned products are received and inspected by our Customer Service (within 7 working days, after the products are received), we will process the refund in a form of credit point to your registered account on our site. The credit point valid for 30 days after it is transferred into your account.
    6. Cash Refunds are given if there is no other choice but to return the same product or credit point. And the process for a cash refund will take a maximum of 14 working days since all data and supporting documents have been received by us.
  3. You may exchange the product for other sizes or other items using the credit points you receive on your account under the following conditions :
    1. You can use credit points to buy a higher priced products and the price difference shall be paid by you.
    2. For products with cheaper price, the price difference will be added into your account and is valid to use with 30 days after the first credit point transfer.
    3. Price tag and proof of purchase (receipt) are intact.
    4. The product you want is still available in stock.
    5. Shipping/delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
